you apply to become a member or book a Service or an Event. If you provide us with the name,
email address and gender of a Guest (as defined in the Terms and Conditions), please ensure
that you must have their permission to do so. Your Guests may contact us at

database.

1.2.1 to process your application to be a member or applications for tickets to any Diamond
Club events (‘Events’) or for other services to which you subscribe or join;
1.2.2 to provide our service(s) to you as a Member or Guest;
1.2.3 to contact you with follow up emails after an Event;
1.2.4 to contact Guests if you provide us with their details;
1.2.5 to participate in surveys that we use for research purposes;

Users or Members with whom you may choose to share your information. Therefore, we cannot
and do not guarantee that the Member Content you post will not be viewed by unauthorized
persons. We are not responsible for circumventions of any privacy settings or security measures
contained on the website. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of
Member Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users or
Members have copied or stored your Member Content;
1.3.2 we may keep details of all transactions you perform through our Service(s) (including
event ticket purchases) and of the fulfilment of your purchases; and
1.3.3 we may keep details of your visits to our Website including, but not limited to, traffic data,
location data, web logs and other communication data (whether this is required for our own

1.5 We do not disclose identifiable information about individuals to our advertisers or sponsors
but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example we may
inform them that 500 men and 350 women aged under 40 have clicked on their link or
advertisement in our website). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers
reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in Louisiana). We may
make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our
advertisers' and sponsors’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

4. YOUR RIGHTS - MARKETING

usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we plan to use your data for such purposes or
if we plan to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.

payment details (for example membership fees or Event fees) and the provision of support

7.1 You have a right to access information held about you and you can do this by emailing

meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. We will
endeavor to send you the information (as held by us) within 30 days. You can also request us to
correct any factual inaccuracies in that information or delete any of that information from our
records.
7.2 You can access and delete or amend some information on your profile yourself via the
members area on the website.
